Two sites of interest - one related to people being arrested in Broward County Florida.
Go to this site to see who has been arrested and while they are locked up, you can see the charges and possibly a mug shot. Once the person is out of jail the information is no longer shown.
As I understand once a person has been arrested, it doesn't mean they've been convicted of a crime, but the Mug shot is public information.
