So, displayed on a white page was "Limit Reached www.urbanspoon.com" Limit reached was displayed on my page in the browser. I cleared cookies and restarted the system with no luck. I changed browser to google chrome with no luck either. finally I left feedback on the urbanspoon feedback page so when I find out what is up I'll post an edit here.

I didn't get any response

the only thing I did do before it seemed to work is

in the Explorer Browser ( in private browsing) I check my e-mail that signed up with on urbanspoon and clicked on the "news letter" they sent me and from then it seems to work OK.
